Vocational Training for the Ukrainian Construction Industry

In Ukraine, GPP initiated a training programme for dry construction, bricklaying, and carpentry at various vocational schools in the country in 2014 and 2015. Young people in eastern Ukraine, who are suffering from the political and economic crisis, have benefited most from the measures. In the years from 2016 to 2020, further training programmes were carried out in the trades of drywall and masonry construction, in which 170 trainers from vocational schools took part nationwide.
